Ukraine and Belarus signed road map for development of industrial cooperation


The road map for the development of industrial cooperation for 2014-2015 was signed in Minsk in presence of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich.

«We have signed a number of bilateral documents, among which I would like to highlight the road map for development of industrial cooperation. It is a very important document, which clearly stipulates the main objectives and timing of the projects we have agreed to implement together,» Azarov said, the Cabinet’s press office reports.

The Prime Minister praised bilateral negotiations. He noted that they were fruitful and constructive.

In addition, in the presence of heads of government there was signed a number of Belarusian- Ukrainian bilateral documents: the intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of plant protection; the interagency agreement on staff training for nuclear power engineering; the interagency cooperation program in field of physical education and sports for 2014-2015; the interagency protocol for cooperation in field of customs statistics of mutual trade; the interagency protocol for termination of international agreements on customs regulation.
